Types of Intellectual Property Rights

Our students actively participated in the Workshop on Types of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) held on 29th July 2026, conducted by Dr. D. Harrison Sunil, Professor, Megha Institute of Engineering and Technology. The session provided a comprehensive understanding of various types of Intellectual Property Rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade secrets, and geographical indications. It enhanced students' awareness of protecting innovative ideas and creative works while encouraging innovation, legal awareness, research, and entrepreneurship. The workshop offered valuable knowledge that will help students safeguard their intellectual contributions in both academic and professional fields.
