Workshop on Essential of Valid Contract

Our college organized a Workshop on Essential of Valid Contract on 30th June 2026 to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of contract law. The session was conducted by Prof. D. Harrison Sunil, Professor, Megha Institute of Engineering and Technology, who explained the essential elements required for a legally valid contract, including offer and acceptance, lawful consideration, free consent, competency of parties, and legality of object.

Through practical examples and real-life case discussions, students gained valuable insights into the application of contract law in business and everyday transactions. The workshop enhanced their legal awareness, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills while emphasizing the importance of valid contracts in professional and commercial practices. It was an interactive and informative session that enriched students' knowledge of business law and its practical relevance.
